Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery 

All online payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

For card payments, the amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery, payment is made upon receiving your order.

Shipping fees or additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Mawzoon Coffee Store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or incorrect information.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (coffee and consumables), we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened.

However, your experience matters to us, and we will always make it right in the following cases:

Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Conditions

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear proof (photo or video) must be provided

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved requests may receive:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs
  • Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable
